Der Bär has loipes.

Over 45 kilometres of perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails.

Just a few minutes from the Hotel der Bär, you can enter a huge network of cross-country ski trails. Here you can choose between the village trail, Kaiser trail and connecting trail. This sunflooded natural paradise at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser connects Going, Ellmau, Scheffau and Söll and offers over 45 kilometres of groomed trails. In addition, the floodlit night trail in nearby Scheffau invites you to let off steam every evening. For rather laid-back cross-country skiers, there are a few cosy places to stop by for refreshments along the leisurely village trail. Genuine “kilometre eaters”, on the other hand, can extend their cross-country skiing as far as Aschau or Söll.
