We look forward to welcoming you from 3.00 p.m., and earlier too of course. Please vacate your room by 11.00 a.m.

Not only in the natural surroundings of the Wilder Kaiser, but in our restaurant area, at the bar and in all rooms too. Since smoking is not permitted there. You may enjoy your cigarettes or cigars in our outdoor lounge (heated in winter).

Teenagers over the age of 16 are welcome in the sauna, relaxation room and gym. We regret that children are not permittes in the relaxation room.

E-charging stations are available for a surcharge.

When you don't have much time. For short stays of up to 2 nights, there is a surcharge of € 15.– per person and day (excludes special promotions). On specific dates the supplement may be charged also for stays up to 3 nights.

• Children aged between 0 and 6 stay for free.
• Children aged from 7 to 9 € 80,– per child and day
• Children aged between 10 and 12 € 100,– per child and day
• Children from 13 years of age - 50% discount from adult's rate

Children's discounts apply to two children staying in their parents' suite.
Three person occupancy in a double room is not recommended.

The local tax of € 2,50 per day, for guests aged 15 and over, is not included in the prices. From 01.05.2025 the price for the visitors tax will be increased legally to € 2,60 per person/day. In addition, the local tax will be increased by the Tourism association Wilder Kaiser to € 3,50 per person/day by 01.12.2025.

Loyalty pays – and third time is lucky! From your 3rd stay in Hotel der Bär onwards, you receive a discount of € 10,00 per person, per night for stays of one week and longer. Valid in the low season (Does not apply to package offers and other discounted prices).

Young guests under the age of 30 can benefit from our young guests-discount of 20% on room prices! Valid in the pre/after season of winter and summer, minimum stay 3 days.

May also happen. In that case cancellation conditions in the General Terms & Conditions of the Hotel sector (AGBH) apply – excludes special promotions. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

All rooms are equipped with toiletries, bathrobe and bath bag, hairdryer, telephone, safe, minibar, flatscreen TV and free Wi-Fi.
